They have provided excellent service. If there have been special reports or other needs, they have always responded promptly. I highly recommend this company for medical billing of all types.

When I moved my office to a new facility we used their Simplicity+ software internally for approximately two years, then I made a decision to out source my entire billing and collection needs to them. Since then there has been a complete turn around in my collections. The MICRO SYSTEMS staff has always been very conscientious about billing and collection activities, and extremely easy to work with. They are also able to handle my patients’ problems as they pertain to billing. I highly recommend them for medical business collection and billing purposes and also for their knowledge in the coding area.
